Is there more than one type of CPR training?
Yes. LSTI offers American Heart Association training courses in Heartsaver CPR / AED as well as Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers. Please refer to our American Heart Association Classes page for more information.
Does LSTI offer financial aid?
Currently LSTI offers convenient and affordable payment plans to help with student tuition. Unfortunately we do not currently accept Federal financial aid (FAFSA).

The LSTI EMT-Paramedic Program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of the Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the EMS Professions (CoAEMSP).We are also authorized by the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services Bureau of EMS, Trauma & Preparedness as a program sponsor for EMS training courses, EMS continuing education courses and Instructor Coordinator continuing education training courses.

LSTI is a training center approved by the American Heart Association to provide ACLS, PALS, BLS and Heartsaver courses.
