This is a credentialed course that is designed to meet the needs of Healthcare Professionals and pre-requisite for Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)_ courses. It teaches students adult CPR, child CPR, infant CPR, choking procedures, use of the automatic external defibrillator (AED), and the use of barrier devices.

The course is a two-year recertification with no grace period, students are required to show a current card to attend a re-newel course. For students who prefer to do the American Heart Association online renewal course and need skill verification, we can offer this service by appointment only.
